Personal information may be shared with the scout unit organizing the event in order to coordinate participation and communicate event details.

Aggregated information cannot be used to identify individual participants.

Advertising and Analytics

We may use advertising and analytics tools, including Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, to understand how families interact with our event and interest forms and to measure the effectiveness of our outreach. When a parent or guardian submits a form, limited parent/guardian contact information, such as email address or phone number, may be processed in hashed form and sent to Meta for ad measurement, attribution, and conversion matching. We do not use youth email addresses or youth phone numbers for advertising matching. These tools may also process information such as page URL, browser information, IP address, and event activity, such as viewing an event page or completing a registration.
